What to Include When You Get in Touch
The more we know up front, the more useful the first reply. Start with where the property is — the suburb and the street, because more than one suburb in the Germiston area has a near-twin name a few kilometres away and the two get confused constantly. If it is a unit in a complex, say so, and mention any access arrangement, gate code or restricted working hours. Our service areas page lists the suburbs we cover regularly.
Then describe the job. For a new installation, say where the TV will be and whether you already have a decoder. For a second room, say how far it is from the main TV — the details on our Extra View installation page explain why that matters. For a fault, tell us what the screen shows and when it started; many people find it quickest to send photos of the error, the dish and the back of the decoder on WhatsApp.
As a guide, a basic residential installation starts from R800, Extra View from R1,500 and fault-finding call-outs from R550, with equipment charged separately. Business premises are quoted per site once we understand the layout, and anywhere needing several screens should look at our business installation options.
